Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM) SLIM Trainings have concluded their License to Sell (LTS) package with TVS Lanka, as well as the final certification handover ceremony. TVS Lanka’s sales staff have been trained through a customized program that has been developed with the specific needs and objectives of TVS Lanka in mind.
As a springboard to bounce back from the economic hurdles of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, TVS Lanka has joined SLIM Trainings to enhance the skills of its sales force to prepare them to meet business challenges, improve productivity and performance, as well as seizing new opportunities.
Speaking on the successful conclusion of the program, Mr. Geethal Anthony – COO of TVS Lanka (Pvt.) Ltd., shared, “We were very happy to join SLIM Training to accelerate our sales efforts, so as we navigate through the challenges of an ongoing pandemic and economic turmoil. License to Sell is SLIM’s flagship in-house training program specifically designed to train and mentor CEOs, HR Managers, Training Managers, Senior and Junior Managers, based on the growing demands of the job market. The program covers 11 advanced modules in 11 weeks.
Commenting on the program, SLIM CEO Sanath Senanayake said, “SLIM Trainings License to Sell course is an unconventional approach that prioritizes a holistic learning experience. Entering its fourth successful year this year, License to Sell’s primary focus is to provide 360 degree skill development. The program is conducted in Colombo and Kandy in Sinhalese and English by an expert panel of lecturers with first-hand experience in the field.
