Joink to Acquire Computer Techniques in Illinois – Inside Indiana Business

Joink LLC, a Terre Haute-based technology services company, has reached an agreement to acquire Illinois-based Computer Techniques Inc.. deployment of fibre-to-the-home in central Illinois.

The acquisition is subject to regulatory approval.
