American Song Contest: Season 1 Ranking – Canceled + Renewed TV Shows

NBC executives realized that The voices popularity waned, so they decided to air only one cycle per season, to make it more of a series of annual events. They’ve been trying to find worthy successors to fill its slots on the spring schedule, but does this new show measure up? Will American song contest be canceled or renewed for season 2? Stay tuned.

A series of musical reality competitions, the American song contest The TV show is hosted by Snoop Dogg and Kelly Clarkson. The series features original live musical performances, representing all 50 states, five U.S. territories, and our nation’s capital. Music artists compete to win the country’s vote for best hit song. The 56 artists span a wide range of genres and performers – from unknown talents, up-and-coming new artists and rising stars to established icons and legends. The contest consists of three rounds as performers compete in a series of qualifying rounds, followed by the semi-finals and the ultimate grand final where one state or territory emerges victorious..

Ratings are usually the best indication of a show’s chances of staying on the air. The higher the odds, the better the chances of survival. This table will be updated as new ranking data becomes available.
